Feed suitability cannot be assessed from the product name alone. Share the parameters used by your nutrition, quality and regulatory teams so suppliers can respond with a lot-specific offer.
- Protein, moisture, fibre and other required analytical limits
- Pellet, meal or other physical-form requirement
- Any declarations, testing methods or destination rules you require
- Monthly volume, shipment size and preferred loading format
Use samples and inspection deliberately
Agree what a sample represents, how it will be tested, and which result controls acceptance of the commercial lot. If independent inspection is required, name the inspection scope and responsible party in the purchase terms.
Plan the logistics information
Regulatory and feed-safety requirements vary by destination and use. Confirm them independently before approving a supplier or shipment.
